She is not only excellent at teaching artistic techniques, but she has a way of pulling out the creativity in the people she teaches. "Under Marnie's guidance I found my inspiration, my passion, and most importantly myself. The profound faith she has in her student’s abilities and the lessons she taught have stayed with me throughout the years. Her words of encouragement have guided me through getting both my bachelors and masters degrees, and everyday I find myself in the studio is a blessing. I am grateful for everything she has taught me, and continues to teach me." Tatiana Flis, BFA - Ringing College of Art and Design, MFA
